A life touching story: Please Quit Smoking Now!

Shirley Gregg, sits depressed on her wheelchair wondering why she ever started smoking and if she did why she didn’t give up after several advices! The family thinks alike and regret this sad happening with Shirley.

At Allen Carr’s Easyway you can learn how to stop smoking through stop smoking clinics, books, seminars & online smoking programs. Allen Carr’s Stop Smoking methods will help you escape from smoking and nicotine addiction.

Shirlet Gregg has been smoking for more than 50 years and died at the age of 70 suffering from Brain Cancer. She was undergoing radiation therapy but the treatment could not cure the deadly Brain cancer which had developed due to a golf ball sized tumour in her lungs. Mrs. Gregg, the Miss Fort of 1957 is now survived by five children.

Sue Fochler, one out of those five children has decided to take up the quit smoking campaign very seriously and raise the awareness about the harmful effect smoking holds on our body. She’s observed that people are successful to quit smoking only when they are really ready to do so. Attempts can be several and endless but a successful attempt is when you really need to do it.

The US health society offers several health benefits to those who wish to quit smoking and are adapting different techniques to help smokers quit. They suggest the use of alternative nicotine in the form of gums or patches and are also promoting electronic cigarettes on a huge scale.

Some suggest electronic cigarettes frustrate the smokers even more as they are less effective than other recommended methods.

Fochler finally ended by saying that it is very important for smokers to take that first step and it is important that they take this step for themselves first before they do it for anyone else and this definitely will help reduce the smokers ratio.
